Just hoping Titleist maintains the clean uncluttered appearance as seen with the others.
My GT's will be difficult to abandon.
  2. I didn't get to the PGA Merch show this year, so please don't tease us and give us some deets!

A lighter driver would be nice, for sure. Especially for the senior golfers who enjoy Titleist but do not swing as they once did 15-20 years ago..
I love the glossy look of the finish, but would like more of a squarer face, e.g. png drivers.

I will be honest, like others have echoed, it’s hard to imagine any additional gains over my GT3. I went to my Titleist fitting a month ago for a 3 wood and thought I was good with my png G440 Max driver, but I quickly realized what I was leaving on the table, and I’m blown away with the GT3. Although I’m extremely happy with the GT3 and just got it, I’m not scared to upgrade in May either.

Looking to increase ball speed. Knowing Titleist they have come up with a new material or innovation to keep the driver to go further. The R&D of Titleist never disappoints. I will be looking on the USGA for the new Titleist drivers to be on the conforming list. We should be seeing them soon on the PGA Tour. I can hardly wait to see the new drivers with the new ProV1 left dash.

    Early. It must be good!
  9. I am excited to see the next generation of Titleist technology. Since the TSi3, I have not found a driver that has had a combined better feel, distance and control for my game. I have tried them all and own every iteration of driver since that technology but haven't had the success with the newer versions. Hopefully this model will be a turning point for me. Keep up the great work Titleist! Thank you.
  10. The classic look and and feel of Titleist drivers will always have my eye. Not really a fan of plasticwoods…keep the metal in metalwoods. Currently playing a TSR3 and have inverted my group into GTs. Can’t wait til May!!!
  11. GT2 is pretty darn good, I see it's keeping up in speed with the latest batch of drivers releases from the other companies, so......yes MROE SPEED LOL. and of course forgiveness across the face especially for toe strikes. And yes, an alignment aid.

Was just fitted for new SM11's yesterday and had my current set up checked out including my Driver the GT1 which I couldn't be happier with. Having THAT part of my game not in my head while at the TBox is crucial. I finally found a driver that Im actually thinking of duplicating as I don't think 10 yards more will affect my overall results . Its everything I'd every hoped and searched for in a driver. When I tested it and got fitted at my club I changed out several shafts and made all the other adjustments...PERFECTION. Soooooooo, it would take a lot move me out this one out of my hands. That said, I trust Titleist to the max with what they do and how they do it. Somehow they just nail things most of the time. Like my irons the 350's the first forged generation a couple years back...They nailed that generation in all respects. Right out of the gate the appearance matched by finish and results sold me. Titleist geniuses just keep breaking the mold on fit, finish and results.

Hard to imagine what improvements they can deliver over GT but excited to find out! What are we thinking around the name of the new range - GTi?

That would follow the TS, TSi, TSR pattern?

I only hope Titleist always retains their classic, clean look and they stay away from making clubs that have carbon fiber, or vivid color schemes.
  15. This is exciting, have heard teases from our rep, but now it's out there.

What I'd like to see is pictures of it now...ha

But seriously, one really nice thing would be to see Ventus added as one of the premium options. I like GD, but Ventus would be a great add, I know it's available in the custom, but as a premium would add some more value.

As for the driver itself, I don't know how they will have improved it, but they have the smartest engineers in the business so I'm sure they figured out a way.

LOVE the GT2 so will be VERY interested to see what the R& D guys have in store for us in May

Would be nice to see some more standard shaft options

Was fitted for a Hazardous Counter Balanced shaft on my old TSR2 and had to swap it on to my GT2 as they no longer offered that shaft.

Really like this shaft so as suites my swing so fingers crossed they have more options

Wonder if there will be carbon to lighten it up or a matte finish.....at least we know we'll find out in May.....just hope its early to market not just seeding...North East golfers want their new Titleist before September.

Please don’t change the GT3 look and shape but add more standard shaft options. And to grip options please add, what IMO is the best grip available, the Lamkin Crossline Cord.
  19. Still hitting TSI-2 driver and love it. I have tried the current Titleist club offerings and the feel is a bit off for me. Very interested in the next generation of Titleist drivers.
  20. Titleist puts out drivers that work. I’ve been disappointed by other brands over the last 5+ years on performance. I beg for the option for lower static lofts to not alter via SureFit: give us a 6° and 7°, or give us the 6.5°/7.5°/8.5° like back in the 975, etc… either way, where do I sign and how fast can I get it?
