Broken sure fit hosel screw

  1. I tried to remove my 915 d2 driver head to add loft, in doin this the screw sheared off completely with one end still suck in shaft, any suggestions?

    We are very sorry to hear about the issue with your broken screw and would like to guide you through the repair process.

    Please take the shaft to your nearest authorized Titleist retailer, preferably the place of purchase, and have them call our warranty department at 800-225-8500. They will be able to setup a work order, arrange for the return of the product, and provide you with the expected turnaround time.

    Should you have any complications please let us know.
  3. May I add, I use a very small amount of anti seize lube on the threads, so just that won't happen, if the screw is stainless steel, and it threads into aluminum the two different type metals can fuze themselves together, plus a little lube never hurts.
