Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (Netherlands)
Do you get a smile on your face from happy customers? As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Employee you are an indispensable link in the sales and service process. Titleist and FootJoy are worldwide market leaders in golf. The Inside Sales & Customer Service Nederland department provides the B to B contact with our customers by e-mail and by telephone.
- You are responsible for compiling and following up sales orders
- Product and process content respond to customer needs or questions by mail or telephone
- You work closely with the Sales Managers of Titleist and FootJoy
- Solve problems and / or complaints and tackle them as a new opportunity
- You act as a permanent contact person for Inside Sales for selected customers in the Netherlands
WHAT DO WE ASK
- You have at least MBO + working and thinking level
- You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably within the sales / customer service sector, if you are a higher vocational school leaver with potential then we would also like to see your reaction
- You are available full-time
- You can work both as a team and independently
- You see commercial and service support opportunities
- You are accurate, structured and communicative skilled
- You are eager to learn, service and stress resistant.
- Speaks Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
