If my irons are 2 degrees up, and plus 1/2", should my wedges be the same way? Or a bit less bent?

Go to your local pro shop, they would do the best at answering your question.

Should follow suit with the rest of the irons.
You're going to hear varied opinions on this.
In my set, the 9 iron, PW, and all my Vokeys are set 1* up (65*). Just like with any other golf club, you should do a lie board check.

The angle and length of your wedges should be independent of your irons, in my opinion. Your goal should be to find the right gap between your pitching wedge and each wedge after that, finding the right distance is far more important then the number on the sole of the club.

You need the proper lie angle to hit the ball properly as with any other iron. If your PW is 1* upright (lie angle of 65*) and your other wedges are still set at the standard lie angle (64*) the latter are going to be a bit difficult to hit a full shot with - you might spank it or hit a shot that shoots off right.
I have all my wedges set 1* upright.
There are varied opinons - some say to leave the lie angle stock and some say to make the lie angle follow suit with the rest of the irons. Think about a person that is 6'5" using a 35" wedge with a standard lie angle - this individual is going to be falling on his keyster trying to hit a shot.

Most golfers have a much steeper angle of attack with a gap wedge when compared to a PW or 9i... that is why I believe they should be independant. Each club should be set in the way you swing to achieve the desired results, 1* up on a PW could impact the ball the same as 3* up on a SW.
Not going to disagree with your last sentence. Some people swing flat with their wedges, some steeper and some the same as their other clubs. I just happen to be one of those that takes the same full swing with the 8 iron as with the lob wedge (close to center and a rather compact backswing). I also play my 8 iron as an extension of the wedge set so I occasionally hit 100 yard pitch shots with it.
I have my 7 iron spaced 1* apart from the 8. The 8 and 9 are spaced 1/2*. The 9-LW all have the same lie angle (65*). The 7-9 irons are -1/4" (and that matches lengths of DCI 981 and Eye 2 irons). The PW is standard length. I have both the 50-08 and 54-14 set at 35.25" and my 60-10 retains the stock length of 35". I'm pretty much on the money with this.
My point is that one shouldn't be leaving the Vokey wedges at the standard 64* lie angle while adjusting the rest of the irons. A couple months ago I noticed I was having trouble hitting full shots (felt like a shank) with the 50-08 and 54-14. Somehow the lie angle on the 50 slipped to 64* and the 54 slipped to 64.5* (metal memory). The PW and the 60 were OK and the lie angles were both 65. I had the lie angles adjusted on the first two and the full swing problem went away.
The wedges need to be hit on the lie board, just like the rest of the irons.
Think we are on the same page then, each club needs to be fit for the swig used on that specific club; standardizing is not always the right choice

Proof in the pudding is also the spacing between my 7 iron and 8 iron (1*). Titleist spaces them 1/2* apart.

Your wedges should be independent of your irons. The two clubs are swung completely different. The lie angle of your wedges shoud be flatter than your irons.

There are some pros that will also tell you that your basic swing doesn't change.
That again depends on the golfer. I would say I have a pretty formidable short game and my wedges are all the same lie angle as the PW (65*).
I basically swing the 8 iron thru the lob wedge the same way (ball slightly ahead of center and compact backswing). The longest iron I carry is a 7 iron and I play that about 1 ball from the middle. I might add that I use every iron to pitch and chip with in certain situations.
