I've previously been told at a club fitting - the cost of the shaft is only an indication of how many manufactures use the shaft as stock v's those who have an up-charge. It's a supply and demand game really.

Bounce relates to the turf interaction of the club, and should not impact distance on correct ball strikes. The explanation above regarding set Pitching Wedges and "specialized" gap, sand, and lob wedges would explain the distance differences…
Wanted to purchase a new shaft and was wondering what the Titleist tipping instructions are for the surefit tips. Do you tip the shafts before gluing into the surefit tip? Please let me know.
i think that they can because i know of balls that you can but that are referbished and they sell them cheaper
I was in the same boat as you after my fitting. I ended up going with 3-5 in the CBs and 6-9 in the MBs. The CB long irons actually transition well with the MBs and it is nice in my opinion to have that added level of forgiveness. In the end it comes…
