I think its all personal preference! I like to use the rangefinder. Technology is wild though and some of those gps devices are unbelievable with what they can show you

On march 12 2023. Aced another. My 4th Hole in one. At Colton golf club. Colton Ca. 127yards on a cold morning with a 9 iron. Landed 3ft right of pin One bounce. Love that feeling.

Also depending what you are practicing use real balls similar to what you use on the course

No good hitting practice balls well then maybe getting yo the 1st hole and hit a similar shot only for it to get a totally different result more spin etc

RE: I made a hole in one yesterday at Bryce resort. Hole 15. Titleist pro v 1. Titleist pitching wedge. My 4th hole in one. All with title balls and equipment. Distance was 120 yards. I am a Team Titleist guy!!
