Last week or the week before we were looking for my ball in the rough on this same course when one of our foursome found a Titleist Velocity with my initials on it. It was not my ball but he gave it to me and we kidded that if I used it it would be my luck to have my first hole-in-one with it and it would sit on my mantle without my own marking. Guess what happened today. Luckily I had put my mark on the ball on the other side before we played.
