TITLEIST ON A ROLL AS LOVE’S VICTORY COMPLETES WINNING WEEKEND

To stay ahead of the field this season, champions are choosing Titleist. Titleist full line equipment players are winning all over the world and the all-conquering Pro V1 continues to dominate usage and win counts the world over too.

This week was no exception with both Davis Love III and Paul Casey recording their first wins of the season on the US and European Tours respectively. Love demonstrated tremendous resolve as he got up in two on the famous par 5 18th hole at Pebble Beach to make birdie for a final round 68. His four round 14 under par total of 274 was enough to squeeze home by a single shot.

Love’s victory was his second at Pebble Beach and his 15th career victory on the US Tour. Love relies upon Titleist from tee-to-green and his bag includes a Titleist Titanium driver, Titleist fairway metal, Titleist Forged irons, Vokey Design wedges and a Scotty Cameron by Titleist Newport Beach putter and of course the new Pro V1x golf ball. All 5 events on the US Tour have now been won by a player using a Pro V1 ball and a Scotty Cameron by Titleist putter!

Love was using the new Pro V1x prototype ball due to be launched in March as a companion to the legendary Pro V1 and both balls have now amassed 16 wins worldwide this season, which is more than all other brands combined. Other notable Pro V1 wins include Paul Casey’s triumph at the ANZ Championship on the European Tour this weekend, Ernie Els’s three wins in January and Vijay Singh’s victory at the Phoenix Open.

Davis Love III’s victory has strengthened Titleist’s dominance on Tour this season and is further proof that the game’s elite choose Titleist above all others to play at the highest level.
