    Congrats on the great year.

I have had similar success and posted it in a thread a week or so ago about my conversion to an 14 Titleist Bag setup.

The irons were the last step, but they have certainly helped, as well as the H1 hybrid.

    Dave,

The AP1s are awesome. The only way I am going to give these babies up is if Titleist makes a golf club that can swing itself perfectly every shot! lol

This year I upgraded my AP2-712s to AP2-716s, upgraded all my old Vokeys with new SM6s, added an 816H1 21* and went back to playing a 3W and 5W (which are both 915Fs) instead of the 4W and 913H 19* hybrid set-up I was playing to start the season. Though I have to take some of the credit myself for going from a 10.5 index to finish last season, down to an 8 (with still an outside chance to get down into the high 7s before posting season ends next week), as I have really shored up my iron game with a 46% GIR percentage and solidified my short game with a 40% up & down percentage. But, it sure didn't hurt having all these new clubs in my bag. I love all 14 of my Titleists and believe they should get at least some of the credit, at least for the confidence they instilled in me whenever I stood over the ball with one of them in my hands.

I am proud to say I have been a Titleist loyalist since playing my first set of Titleist 755 forged irons 7 or 8 years ago.

Well done on a good year!

I've also had an excellent year using my T-MB irons and am playing the most consistent golf I ever had which I'm very pleased with!!! Also been working hard on my putting which is beginning to pay off.

Lets hope for an even better 2017

I had a similar experience in 2016 with new Titleist clubs (AP1's, 816F, 816H's, 915D2, Volkey wedges and of course ProV1's). Handicap decreased from 8.5 to 4.5, had a hole in one with 916H, won club champ (1st time), won state golf association tournament (1st time), and broke 70 twice. I couldn't be more pleased and setting my 2017 goals now for myself and my Titleist (and get fit for a 917 driver).
