On August 1, the weather was warm and sunny with a wind from the south. As I stepped on to the 9th hole at Race brook Country Club on the O’Sullivan course the wind was in my face. The 9 hole is a par four uphill surrounded by 4 large bunkers. I decided instead of laying up I picked up my driver and decided to go for it. This was not a full driver, I lightly hit my shot and I knew I drove the green, the green is elevated so you can’t see your ball. This green sits along the practice and green and driving range were multiple witness saw the ball hit the front of the green and roll into the cup in the center of the green. I didn’t realize what happened when I notice everyone clapping and excited what that just witnessed. Never has there been a Hole in one on a par 4 in the clubs history. My first hole in hole I had the pleasure of playing with my best friend, my brother Matthew and two other teammates from the PGA jr league. My ball I used was and always play with, Titleist Prov1x
