So Sept 6th was my birthday and I always have a golf weekend with 3 of my best friends. So we chose Song Bird Golf Course in Hartland WI. Was not having the best golf day until we pulled up to Hole 16… it was playing around 190 - 189. Little wind in the face and this par 3 was narrow. Trees on the right and a few on the left with a marsh on the left. Took my 3 iron out and stepped up.

Took a normal 3 iron swing knowing I can get it to at Least on the middle of the green. The landed around a foot from the hole. I started to really watch it, as I did, the ball rolled slowing to the hole and went in.

Shaking and nervousness kicked in. I yelled “I think it’s in!” And said it going down. Not knowing that the other 3 had to hit.

We drove to the green shaking. I started to walk to the hole bracing what happened. As I peeked ever so slowly to the hole, there was my Pro V1 in the bottom of the cup.
