My family was spending the final days of summer vacation in Pensacola Beach, FL. On our last day there, I slipped away to play a round at Tiger Point Golf Club in nearby Gulf Breeze. I was paired with a local retiree named Rick, he was a Bears fan. On home #4 I hit my Titleist T100S 6-iron 155 yds and the ball caught a little slope and into the hole. It was an unreal experience. My wife and brother in law were supposed to play with me, but couldn’t make it. It would have been fun to have them there for the experience, but who knows…maybe my guy Rick was a good luck charm! What a great game golf is.
