After taking up golf in my 30’s I have played competitive golf for 40 years and never holed out in one until yesterday in a club Stableford. Amazing feeling, shocked and literally dumbfounded. Playing partners’ cheers broke the silence and startled me out of my stunned silence! Drinks in the bar weren’t cheap on a busy Saturday afternoon!!
