saturday 9th aug, stoke by nayland, comp day round 6 of the laird. playing the constable course, playing off 9 handicap, came to the par 3 8th, 136 yards into a strong wind, pin was front left, i clubbed up with my ap3 7 iron, floated one in from the right with a strong draw, it sailed over front right bunker, and came in onto green and moved round from 10ft straight in the cup, my first ever hole in one in 25 years playing.
