My daughter, Madelyn Bender, will be a senior and plays golf for Wartburg College. We were playing a round at Bos Landon Golf Course in Pella, Iowa. The 13 hole is a 135 yard par 3 over water. She hit a beautiful 8 iron that landed about a foot in front of the pin, one hop and went in for her first hole-in-one. She was playing a Titleist Tour Soft ball. She was playing with her high school golf coach, Tracy McArtor, Jimmy Duhlanty and myself, Kelby Bender.
