First think I would try is Meguire's Ultimate Compound. It is a car detailing polish that can buff out surface scratches. I use it on club heads all the time. I find my clubheads get little micro scratches just from regular use and handling and this restores the clear coat. It is hard to tell how bad the scratch is from the picture but if you are referring to the white looking line at the bottom, it is possible it can be buffed out. It is very easy to use. Try on an older club if you are skeptical. Good luck!

I agree with Jamie - there are various products out there that you can try to use for scratch removal used for auto detailing, just make sure its not a "heavy" cutting compound, meaning not very grainy/abrasive - feel it in your hand first and use an old club to test.

If you just want the airline to pay for it and skip the DIY part, unfortunately I don't know of any.
