    Good day all,

I have had my GT3 for about 10 months now, and with the fitted Graphite Design ADDI shaft from a Titleist fitting day, it is by far the best club/setupI have ever owned.

I clean my clubs after every round and I used to have no reservations about fully submerging them for a short while during that process. Last summer, I was cleaning the GT3 for the first time, and the head completely filled with water. I was pretty alarmed and pored the water out of the shaft port an then put a fan next to it to dry it out.

I have only played a 3 rounds this year up until 2 days ago and was washing my clubs as normal. I was careful not to fully submerge th club and only dip the very bottom of the club in just to get it wet, and when I pulled it up, the club had water in it. I realised that the bottom port where the screw was offered no resistance whatsoever to the water. Even if the bottom never touches water again, I worry that water could get in from wet grass. I also noticed the the red sealer that sometimes covers the screw was not there.

I called customer sevice, nd they were awesome. They encouraged me to take take it to any Titleist dealer to send it back for inspection/warranty repair if there was a sealing issue. I was all for it, but I have a couple of sporadic golf trips planned the rest of the summer and mailing it back and forth could get in the way of those plans.

Customer service did say I had until about the end of this year to do it, but I wanted to get other’s thoughts to see if mine was an unusual case or not and if it was worth sending back.

    Thanks,
