Not likely. I know the design engineers study all materials and possibilities and test all other companies models. When we toured the assembly plant and talked to them a couple of years ago, the concern over Titleist durability requirements were keeping them away from carbon face designs.

Titleist has looked at making a carbon fiber driver head. The result of that wanderings is the GT drivers.
The brand’s new Proprietary Matrix Polymer (PMP) crown (yes carbon fiber is also a polymer) has taken six years to develop. Which basically means they have been looking into carbon fiber since at least the start of the Titleist Speed Project (The TS, TSi, TSR line of drivers). The reasoning behind the TSR and previous drivers not utilizing carbon fiber was due to the construction and adhesive required to mount a carbon fiber crown somewhat mitigated the weight savings of the carbon fiber crown itself. If you think, well TM's been doing it for years... TM has also frequently fullfiled RMAs for carbon fiber falling off their drivers for years. Go ask any club builder, this is not a rumour...

Titleist is also all about tradition, and would not put out a driver with (in my opinion, awful) sound and feel of carbon fiber drivers. It took the PMP in the GT drivers to get something they and the tour pros were happy with in that respect.
