The only advanced fitter in my area is at an extremely private club.  Do you think they do public fittings or strictly for members?

Ron, Where are you located? Give the advanced fitting center a call. There might be a fitting fee for their service. Best of luck to you, Joe Colbert

You just have to ask.  Which club?

The only Advance Fitter in my area is a strictly Private club, Caves Valley CC.  One call to the Pro and I had a appt to be fitted.  Very willing to help and the facility is amazing with a trackman and Prov1 range balls.  Very worth it if making the trip to Manchester Lane or CA is not feasible.

It just so happens to be Caves Valley.  Thank you all so much for the information.  I will call them and set up an appointment.

Well, that was easy.  I have an appointment tomorrow!  Looking forward to getting a 910 driver back in the bag.  This is a great site.

Justin Sheehan is great at Caves!  I would get a time set up with him.  You will be very pleased.

All Advanced FittingWorks Centers will do fittings for outside players.  We have the name and number of the fitter at each club.  Give us a call and we would be happy to help.

    Ron,

Let us know what you think of Caves.  I am sure the Learning Center will impress you.  I prefer to tee it up outside on the real turf, they will move the trackman outside.  I stopped by yesterday for some Trackman numbers with a couple different shafts. I will be making a change.

It's an amazing facility.  I was super impressed.  I was fit by Wes and he couldn't have been more patient and knowledgeable.  I got a mini-lesson during the fitting, too.  Hit three different drivers with a few different shafts and found out I don't generate the speed I did a year ago!  I left there happy with the recommendation he made for me.  I would encourage anyone in the area to pay them a visit if you're looking for a fitting.  And it costs only slightly more that an "in the net" fitting at a big box store.  Thank you all for the advice and information!

Thank you for sharing your story!  We need more players like you getting fit by Pros like Wes.  You may have seen a photo or something, but TPI Co-Founder Dave Phillips was the man at Caves before TPI.  It's a good breeding ground for Titleist stars in the making.  :)

I'm looking for a place near Boca Raton, Florida to get fitted for a titleist 910 driver. I currently play a Cleveland Hibore XLS 8.5 loft driver with a Graffaloy Pro Launch Red X-stiff shaft which produces a launch angle of 10.5 to 11 degrees and a total yardage of about 285-295 yards total. my club head speed is 107mph to 112mph. Someone please help me with where the closest place is for me to go to for a driver fitting, and which of the drivers (i.e D2 or D3) will work best for me as a 12 handicap.

Hi Jeremy,  Our rep in the Boca area recommended that you see The Golf Trader on McNab Road just west of University Drive.  They have several PGA staff members that do their fitting including Steve Cymablista, Bob Piana and Marty Muldoon.  The number to call is:  (954) 720.8290.
