Having attended a Titleist club fit some two months ago, and being fit into a Titleist 910 D3 9.5 with Non made for Diamana 70 stiff, when i received the club, it simply didn't work for me, so i changed the shaft to a Graphite design DI6 Stiff, still not good, Since changed to the Axivcore Tour green in a x flex, which has been better for me but still feel spin rates were a little low, so went to get the numbers checked on a flightscope launch monitor with my pro, My fears were proved right on this occasion. My pro simply changed the heads over to the 910 D2 head. Hey presto!! All good!! Spin rates and dispersion were so much better. So all credit for Titleist and my pro for diagnosing the problem. However, my pro has said Titleist will not sell me a D2 head on its own, and that i have to buy another whole Driver!! Bearing in mind i was poorly fit in the first place and i have already spent over £400 on this driver to date with all the wrong shafts recommended to me, now Titleist want another £250 from me!! I actually feel this is a pretty bad service on Titleists part, as i was fit incorrectly in the first place, quite clearly. My pro has tried to negotiate with Titleist direct on my behalf, but sadly for me Titleist will not move on this matter! Sad and poor customer service i feel bearing in mind i have bought new irons and new 910 fairway and 910 hybrid from Titleist this season, not to mention over £400 on the driver alone! Very dissapointed with Titleist!
