The closest fitter to you would be at the Corpus Christi CC.  The fitter's name is Doug DeSive and his number is:  361/991-7870.

    Cathi,

How about the closest fitter to Bella Vista, AR?

The closest fitter to you would be at the Golf Headquarters in Rogers.  The fitters name is John and his number is: (479) 636.9300.  They also have a fitting day scheduled for May 12th from 4-7pm.  They are taking fitting appointments for the day so if you haven't gotten fit by that time, I'd recommend making an appointment (it's free).

I am in St George UT I would love to know the best place close by to get fit I am going to go Pro and want to get fitted with some conforming clubs. Thank You.

Also I would like to know if it is possible to have a set custom made as I would like a 3,4 and 5 iron in the AP2 or the CBs and the rest the MBs.

Hi Brent, In your area, we don't have any fitters, but do have two staff players  - David Hall at Entrada and Kent Abeggien at Sky Mountain who may be able to help advise you.  Entrada is going to have a Titleist fitting day on April 8th from 9 - 3 if you want to wait until then. Otherwise, the closest fitting place would be Las Vegas at the Butch Harmon School of Golf where Jeff wood and Matt Kilgariff are the fitters there.

Yes, you can order split sets and there is no upcharge.

Spoke to David Hall over there and he said to give him a call and he'd be glad to talk to you about your clubs.  Also, if you do want to go to the fitting day, you will need to make an appointment with him.  (Fittings are free but by appt only)  His number is:  (435) 674.7500.

Hi Ken,  The closest place that our rep recommended is at Potomac Ridge GC in Waldorf, MD.  The two fitters there are Mike Harvey and Skip Martin and their number is: (301) 372.1305.  If you can make it out to Night Hawk GC in Gambrills, our rep recommends the fitter there and his name is Josh Gumila.  His number is:  (410) 721.9349.

Hey Cathi, this seems to be the place to ask.  I've been looking to demo the 710 MBs and get fitted for new irons (still playing the 990s).  I live in the Clearwater/Tampa area in Florida.  Any guidance you can provide?

There is a fitting day at a local Golfsmith (by a Titleist rep) coming up but I've heard horror stories on Golfsmith fittings.  If you can point me to another individual, that would be great.

In the Tampa area, Bloomingdale Golfers club would be our recommendation and Joe Colbert is the fitter there.  His number is: 813.655.4653.  Regarding the fitting day at Golfsmith, there is one at the Golfsmith in Clearwater this weekend.  Our Tech Rep will be there to do the fittings. The fitting days at the Golfsmiths are free 1/2 hour fits (by appointment) so they are not as comprehensive and you will not be able to see ball flight as they are inside, but you should get a good idea of what head and what kind of shaft works best for you.

Thanks Cathi, at the Golfsmith fittings, do they do any testing with the lie board and tape?  Or is it merely a quick swing analysis to determine which type of iron  (AP1, AP2 etc) and shaft (stiff, regular etc) are best fit?  I'd like to have everything looked at (shaft type and flex, clubhead type, lie, etc).

Does anyone know what the going rate is to get fitted?  Thanks if advance

Hi Brent,  The Golfsmith fittings are 1/2 hour long so they are not going to be in depth.  If you would like an in depth fitting, you can go to Bloomingdales or if you want the ultimate in fitting, you may want to book a trip to Oceanside or Fairhaven .  The cost to be fit at Oceanside or Fairhaven would be $450 for drivers, fairways, hybrids, irons and wedges and would take about 3 and a half hours.  You can also break that up into three different fittings, drivers/fairways, hybrids/irons and lastly wedges.  Each fitting takes about one hour and the cost is $150 per fitting. You can find more information on Tour Fits at: http://www.fittingworks.com/Home/TitleistTourFitting.aspx
