What shaft are you currently playing in your irons?

I like to get people into a wedge shaft that is a little softer than their irons. (ie: S300 in irons S200 in wedges)

Certainly the best thing would be finding a fitter that has these options for you to test.  That would ensure you are getting proper loft and bounce combinations as well, which is probably more important than shaft flex.

Right now I rock Project X 6.0 in my irons...

I would pair you with the regular rifle 5.5 or 5.0 in your wedges all things being equal.  We tend to match brands but softer flexes in wedges just like KPC above.

KPC and RC are right on.  Also, some players prefer to put the same shafts as their irons in the Gap Wedge.

Right Jim.  There's a magic yardage where players go into scoring/feel mode and sometimes it's only the most lofted.  Sometimes the gap as well. 

It's all about feel.  I have softer shafts in my 56 & 60 but keep my stiffer shafts in my wedge and gap. 

Just for reference my yardages are:

PW - 135yds

GAP - 125yds

56 - 115yds

60 - 95yds
