Tour Fitting fees?

    Does anyone know what the fees are for a Tour Fitting?  Is it better to do it separately or do the whole bag as a package?  I live in MA and about an hour from Manchester Lane - I have always been a fan of Titleist and I think it is time for a quality fitting.

    How long does it take to get a response?  I sent an email and left a voicemail @ 9:00 a.m. this morning (10/11).

    It would have been faster if you just gave me the information that I am looking for...
