  1. Hey, so my birthday is coming up and i am getting my parents to buy me some new ap1's. Is it too late in the season to get fitted and have the golf shop order them custom from the titleist warehouse? and if i was to do that what is the turn around on them? Is it the same price for the different steel shafts are is there a shaft up charge for different steel shafts then the stock ones you see at say golf galaxy.

    Thank you,

    mike

  2. Hi Mike -

It should not be too late in the season for you to find a local Titleist fitting account that can help you choose the right AP1 set-up.  If all the components for your order of AP1s are in stock the average turn around time for a custom set is 3 or 4 days in-house.  Not all the steel shafts are the same price.  There are different upcharges for different steel shaft options.  Your local golf shop or retailer will be able to provide with the upcharges for the specific shafts you are referring to.

Good luck and if you need any assistance finding a local fitting account to work with you, please give us a call.  Or you can visit http://www.fittingworks.com/FindaFitter.aspx
