I just bought some used 755s. They look really nice but I haven't hit them yet because I have been hurt. They are a 1/2 inch over standard length, and I was wondering if I should get them trimmed. I am 5'9", but I am only 16 so I expect to grow more. Can I just choke down on them till I grow into them, or will that do something to my swing?

I also plan to get them reshafted with project x 6.0 shafts within the next 5 years or so. (Or whatever new comes out by then)
