So I had the 909D2 driver with the Voodoo shaft for over a year, and I love the feel and the control that I get. However after a few adjustments in my swing. The back spin on my driver as increased and I do not get much roll of get a lot of carry when I play into the wind.

Specs are 909D2-9.5 loft with Titleist Voodoo stiff

I went on the lunch monitor and here's what I get:

    Club head speed 110Mph

    BS 155MPH

    Launch 12.4

Back spin 4600, I tried most of the shaft in the  Sure-Fit  cart without much success.

Should I go with an extra stiff or a stronger one? May be one of the Matrix HD shaft?

    Thanks for your help!

Anyone from Titleist? Any suggestion? The shafts in the surefit cart are not a good fit for me, so I would like some shaft suggestions. Please.

I'm not from Titleist, but I'll make a few suggestions. I have a somewhat similiar set up and swing (909D2 10.5, 103MPH swing speed). I used the driver for about 3 months with the stock, made-for-Titleist Blue Board, and had issues with spin (5400RPM) and losing shots left. I've since tried two different shafts:

Diamana Whiteboard 83, S-flex: Really smooth shaft, low spin, and very anti-left. I don't think I lost a single drive left with the shaft - in fact, I tended to play a slight fade on my best-struck shots, rather than my usual draw. The feedback from the WB is incredible. I could swing with my eyes closed and tell you 99 times out of 100 the exact shape shot. My only complaint was that the launch was a little too low for me - the WB feels like it kicks about an inch below the grip. I played with this setup until just recently, but decided to upgrade to...

Fubuki Alpha 50, S-flex (tipped): I've only been gaming this for about a month, but this setup is a certified MONSTER. I picked up some pretty serious carry yardage (probably due to the lighter weight, but also the trajectory), but didn't loose much if any roll. The spin is insanely low... so low that I swore the launch monitor was broken - the spin generally stayed below 2400RPM, which is just insane (considering the D2 is a low-to-mid spin head). The trajectory is also great. The Alpha seems to launch fairly high but quickly "flatten out", so I still get excellent roll. The trajectory almost reminds of that from KBS iron shafts (which seem to launch impossibly high yet still bore out). This shaft is not as anti-left as the WB, and for the first week or so I had a couple of issues with losing shots left, though not nearly as bad the stock Blue Board. The feedback is excellent (equal to the WB), and I've found this combo is very workable (much more so than the WB). The Alpha S-flex feels slightly soft to me (you may want to go with X), so I had my clubmaker tip it 1/2". Oh, and on the purely cosmetic side, this setup just looks so badass (matte black driver head, white shaft, and I play the GP New Decade MultiCompound White) that you can't help but feel confident standing over the ball. The only downsides: 1. It took a while to actually get the shaft (my clubmaker had to order it directly from Mitsu). 2. Pricey! The shaft alone was $390. When you factor in grip, installation, etc. it was about $450 for the entire setup. That said, if you showed me the results beforehand, I would've plunked it down in a heartbeat.

    Hope this helps!
