  1. What would be the difference between my local Titleist Fitter and the Tour Van fitting? I'm trying to get fitted some time this week, but might even think about waiting until this coming weekend when the Tour Van comes to town. Has anyone experienced the Tour Van fitting? Thanks!!

The Tour Van would probably be for Tour use only. I wouldn't think you could get a fitting there.  The local fitters are trained pros that know what they are doing, find one of them and enjoy your new clubs.

  3. Hi Alexander -

Where are you located?  I can help you locate some of our local fitting accounts.

We do have a FittingWorks Tour van that travels the west coast and another FittingWorks Tour van based in Dallas TX which travels a large portion of the midwest.  These mobile fitting centers are available to the general public.  In order to schedule a fitting you will need to contact the golf club or golf course of the scheduled stop.

The PGA Tour Van travels with the Tour and is only available to service PGA Tour players.

The FittingWorks Tour van offers comprehensive high level fittings with on-site club building to provide a tour level fitting experience. Our expert fitters are equipped with a launch monitor and expansive range of fitting clubs. The tour van technician provides assembly, personalization and repair services.

If you have any further questions please contact Team Titleist.

  4. I'm in Sacramento, and I know that there is a local fitter here at Haggin Oaks, and that is where I was thinking of getting fitted.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but the tour van is going to be at Haggin Oaks throughout the weekend of 04/30-5/2. Will this mean that if I purchase my clubs would I be able to have them before the tour van leaves. Since there is a tour van technician on site that builds the clubs would it be ready by the time they leave, or would they still need to be special ordered?

    Thanks....Alex

  5. Hi Alex -

This is a great question.  Normally, the fitting tech can build clubs that same day.  It takes about 2 hours for them to build a set of irons.  However, I spoke with Haggin Oaks and they will be running a more aggressive fitting schedule so I am not sure the tech will be able to complete all the orders that same day.  Also, the fitting tech can only build from the inventory on the truck, if he does not have the components the orders will be built from the main factory.

Haggin Oaks has several fitting times still available for 5/2.  You will need to contact Haggin Oaks directly to book a time.

  6. Hi Nick

I know anyone there can help me out to get fitted, but do you have anyone in particular that you recommend?

    Thanks again...Alex

  7. Alex -

If you call Haggin Oaks to schedule a time for the FittingWorks Tour Van fitting, you will be fit either by Erik or Peter (both are fitters that travel on the FittingWorks van).

Shaun Barnes is the main fitter we have listed for Haggin Oaks.  You can reach Shaun at 916-808-2531.

Is there a schedule for public knowledge anywhere?

    Nick,

My pro just sent the specs for my AP2's  yesterday.  If I want the lie angles adjusted after hitting them for a bit, can that be done at the fittingworks van?
