Any of the courses that are on the FittingWorks section of the Titleist website will have a fitting cart that has the NS Pro 970 shaft with a couple options.  

Scott Sackett at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale is a LAS member and authorized Titleist Fitter.

Is there a fitter in the Scottsdale, AZ area that has the Nippon shafts in their fitting cart?

Hi George, We have moved our Fittingworks site for finding fitters to:   http://www.titleist.com/find-a-golf-shop/ .  We are still adding features so you want to make sure the account shows that they have Advanced, Regional, Surefit Cart or Surefit bag next to their name.  In addition to Scott over at McCormick Ranch, our rep's Tech rep is also in the Scottsdale area and does fittings - his name is Tom Kabler and he can be contacted at:  judykab@cox.net..  Tom should have the NS pro shafts.
