    Hi,

What's the difference between the aldila rip 60 reg and the diamana white 63 stiff?

I hit my driver with the aldial rip to high and I have to much spin so i lose much distance?

Would the diamana whiteboard bee a good choice?

    Thanks for the help

Hi Bob Think I posted a reply to you on another thread. Many people see the shaft as the be all and end all engine of the golf club. Think of it more as the transmission. Going from a reg RIP to a Stiff whiteboard would defo reduce spin a bit and launch angle too, but maybe not by as much as you may think, if the head of the club, is too high a launch/spin head for you in the first place. For example, if you are launching the ball with a certain head/shaft combo @ 14 degree launch and 3200 spin, then a change of shaft to the whiteboard may well help to bring that launch angle and spin down to 13 degrees with 2900 spin. All would be great! But if you are launching at 16 degree with 4000 spin then no shaft will make that much difference without changing the head of the club to a lower launching/spinning head. So its all relative really, and vital to get on that launch monitor to get those numbers, before you spend your hard earned cash. Best wishes Jason

Jason that is absolutely correct, get the right clubhead, get the right loft, fine tune with the shaft.
