September 9, 2011, was a very special day. After a business meeting at the Greenbrier Resort, our foursome played the Old White TPC Course. On the 3rd hole, I chose a Titleist AP2, 4 iron and hit a great shot with a slight draw, just left of the pin. From the tee box, we could not see where the shot was because the pin was positioned below a slope in the green. When we got to the green there was only one ball visible, my opponent's, right of the flag.
My Titleist Prov-v1x #5 was in the cup. Cheers and high-fives where in abundance. When we finished the round, the Greenbrier staff had a small, engraved, hole-in-one trophy ready for me to commemorate my accomplishment.
Thanks, Titleist!
