My first ever hole in one. I was starting to believe that I may not ever get one. I have been a single digit handicap player for 30+ years but have never been lucky enough to make a hole in one......until that day, 8 Days after my 50th birthday. I had gotten fitted for vokey wedges and a GT2 driver from our local Titleist rep Chase Wood. He replaced every wedge in my bag in July of 2025. Paired with my trusty Titleist ProV1X I hit a slight draw just right of the pin and she spun left and dropped into the hole, we where able to see it go down. This was during a tournament and needless to say, I was closest to the pin. The best part was the tournament host had an open bar so I didn't have to lower my credit worthiness at the 19th hole.

I was playing in charity event for the local educational foundation with my wife and another couple. We were on the 13th hole and I was the first to hit. It was a blind shot as the hole was tucked behind a mound on the green. It was about 120 yards and I hit a smooth 3/4 PW. Once I made contact, I said "that could be good" to myself. When it landed, I said out loud that could be in! My friends wife replied with "You got a hole in one?". I said no, but it is probably pretty close as we couldn't see it go in. Everyone else hit and as we drove up to the green, we didn't see anything on the green and I realize there was a bunker just beyond the pin. I figured it was in there and when it wasn't in the bunker I checked the hole and the party started from there!! It was a gorgeous June day in Maine on the Ocean. What a way to get my first hole in one!

Hi.

I am a very new golfer and started playing from September 2025, I then decided I would buy a membership and have been playing twice a week most weeks.

Current handicap is 24 so I was never expecting to get a hole in one.....ever! I was playing ok for my standard and came to the 9th hole (par 3, 140-150yds), the green sloped to the left and I was using my 8 iron to hit the right side of the green.... It was a great shot and I thought a birdie was on the cards, as I turned back I noticed the ball wasn't slowing down until it just disappeared! I nearly knocked my playing partner over and the club shop heard the cheers. I think I've told everyone I know twice haha.

On 20 February 2026, I achieved the highlight of my golfing life with a hole-in-one at La Monacilla Golf Club in Huelva, Spain.

The ace came on the 14th hole, a par 3 measuring 175 yards from the white tees. Playing alongside my two sons, Adam and Josh, I selected my 5-iron and struck a shot that felt perfect from the moment it left the clubface. The ball flew straight at the flag, landed on the green and then disappeared from view.

As we walked towards the green, none of us could immediately see the ball. When we reached the hole, we discovered the reason – it had dropped straight into the cup for a hole-in-one.

What made the achievement even more memorable was the ball I was playing: a personalised Titleist Pro V1x with the number 71, representing my year of birth.

After many years of playing golf, this was my first hole-in-one. To achieve it on a 175-yard par 3 with a 5-iron, using my personalised Pro V1x, was an incredible moment. The fact that I was able to share it with my sons, Adam and Josh, made it even more special and is a memory that the three of us will cherish forever.

I only recently became aware of Titleist's Hole-in-One recognition programme and wanted to share this special achievement. Thank you, Titleist, for producing a golf ball that I trust and for recognising golfers who achieve this rare milestone.

Hellooo Titleist!!

On 6/7/2026 I went to Theodore Wirth Golf Club for my first time in Minneapolis, MN. Round didn’t start the greatest, had a couple OB shots on the front 9. Tough course with dog legs, water, and heavy woods. Get to the turn and grab hot dog and orange gatorade. Pretty backed up at hole 10, eventually tee off and got a Par.

We ride up to hole 11 tee box. Notice its basically a long straight fairway with a huge downslope to the green, maybe around 40, 50 feet? Group in front of us is just driving down the hill so the other 3 in our group tee off first since I hit the longest.

I tee up a Titleist 2, Pro V1x using a Cobra LTDx driver. It was the most perfect, smoothest swing I have ever felt. Piped it slightly to the left of dead center fairway with a slight fade. Of course we cant see the green so we drive up and im looking everywhere for my ball. Did it go deep into the thick stuff? Did it get a wild kick somewhere else? During about 5-10 minutes of searching, the other guys in the group are finishing up the hole. Kenny in our group putted in first and sure enough says “dude there’s a Titleist 2 in the hole!!!” And immediately I throw my hands up running to the hole freaking out. A great drive and a little but of luck from the golf gods lol.

We eventually finish the round, I asked the group in front of us if they saw the ball come but they said they were already hitting on the next tee box and didn’t see it.

Spoke to Zach the clubhouse manager, and he congratulated me saying they will get the exact distance to the hole from the blue tees on 11. My 18 birdies app showed 332 yds to the middle green and the hole placement was slightly bottom right of that. Zach also mentioned Titleist being an offical sponser of the course will be reaching out, the local paper, and possibly Cobra too.

After a round with the boys that witnessed it (Jesse, Blake, and Kenny) I went and bought a powerball ticket and told the clubhouse I will be back next Sunday!

Aced It Over Water

I just cracked open a new sleeve of Pro V 1’s. I was losing every bet I made that day. I stepped to the tee hoping to hit one close, make a par and get a couple of dots. My eight iron hit short, kicked right, and roll up the hill towards the hole. In what was only a second but seemed like hours, the ball disappeared.

I was playing in an open singles competition on 25 August 2021 in Palmerstown House Estate. I was playing with a Titleist Pro V 1, number 18. On the par 3 third hole I hit a 9 iron with a bit of a draw approximately 151 yards. It landed on the green, spun about two feet into the hole.

Difficult par 3 167yrds over a mound with trees on top, wet and windy conditions but managed to hit a sweet 7 wood, the only down side is you can’t see the green and thus see the hole go into the hole, walked up saw a ball on the green which was my partners ball and no sign of mine, thought it had gone through the green but as I walked past the hole there it was! Great feeling.

Hello Team Titleist,

After 5 years of playing this beautiful game, I can finally say I’ve hit my first (hopefully not my last) hole in one. I am +8 handicap based out of Orlando, Florida. I was playing my local course and teed up for my final my par 3. I had the honor in my group and it was 130 yards out. I grabbed my 9i and hit a beautiful, high draw over some water and dunked it! The ball never touched any part of the grass, not even the flagstick! All we heard was straight cup…. The rush and feeling after hitting that golf shot was well worth the wait and unexplainable. Never in my life did I imagine actually hitting a hole in one, nonetheless a dunk! I was an avid TP5 guy and just recently made the transition to the #1 Ball in Golf.

On Saturday, May 23 in a family golf outing we had an incredible experience! Our 12 year-old son, Leyton Dieleman, got his first hole in one! The whole family saw it. It happened at our home course, The Ridge Golf Club in Sioux Center, IA, on hole 4. That day it was playing 108 yards from the red tees and he used a seven iron and a Titleist Velocity golf ball!

Today is a momentous day. After starting to play golf at an early age and now being 29 ive played countless rounds. Today however was the day it all changed! I’m on aa 137 yard par 3 i was swinging well and had a good feeling i hit a flush pitching wedge and it landed on the front fringe rolled and dropped into the hole. I had a rough day at work so I took a half day and decided to go play with my buddy at my old high school course. We got paired up with a single from out of town who waited 45 min just to play with some folks, didn’t have the heart to tell him my buddy hates getting paired up with randoms. So we were friendly and welcomed him to play with us. He began talking how with his luck he’d get his first ace and no one would be there to see it. Literally spoke my luck into existence. My buddy had been there for my previous 2 aces as well.. now he has seen 3 of my 4. Playing from the tips at 165 with the pin up front and a very slight breeze at my back. True yardage around 147-150. I hit pitching wedge directly over the flag, one hop and spun right on back into the cup. The prettiest of my 4.

Miracles can happen! I have been playing golf casually for over 30 years, however, the last year has been very difficult for me. I have experienced a right hip injury and gone through several injections and physical therapy for 12 months. We have even discussed SI joint fusion surgery. My doctor referred me to a physical therapist who specializes in motion mechanics with emphasis in golf and he was able to help find some things in my swing that were likely creating stress on the right hip. We worked diligently to completely change my swing and relieve much of the right hip pain I was experiencing while regaining much of the distance I thought I lost due to age.

Last Sunday I was out with friends and playing well when we came to the 17th hole, a par 3, 131 yard into a stiff wind. Took an extra club for the wind and the ball never left the pin. Beautiful shot that went right in the hole! Most exciting yet surreal moment of my golf life! All of the pain, injections and so much effort and hard work flashed before me as I celebrated with my friends.

I consider myself blessed to have been fortunate to have achieved this rare accomplishment after going through so much. I wish you all the very best of luck and hope all get to experience such an amazing feat, without the physical injuries of course.

1776 Pro V1, 24 Hours, 2 Hole in Ones!

Honestly, I’m still in complete shock. You always hope to luck into a hole-in-one eventually, but you never actually expect to hit two in one weekend, in back to back rounds let alone three in the last 8 months.

Just wanted to share a wild story from this past weekend (May 30th and 31st 2026). In less than 24 hours, I somehow managed to hit two holes-in-one on consecutive days at two different North Texas courses.

The math is already stupid, but it gets weirder. Both aces happened on Hole #14, and both times I was playing the a 1776 Titleist Pro V1!

Fun fact: all three of my career holes-in-one have now been with a Pro V1.

The connection to my grandfather As crazy as the numbers are, the emotional side is what really hits home for us. We lost my grandfather back in November 2025. He was a massive golfer and finished his life with two holes-in-one. In a crazy twist of fate, one of his aces also happened on a Hole #14 at a completely different course over a decade ago.

Across two generations, our family now has five lifetime aces, and three of them landed on Hole #14.

Grateful for the run This marks my third hole-in-one over the last eight months, and I'm hyper-aware of how much pure luck and good karma are involved in a heater like this. Just incredibly grateful to share these moments on the course and have a piece of my grandfather's legacy woven into my game.

Huge shoutout to Titleist for making a ball that delivers that kind of consistency when the golf gods finally decide to smile on you.
