Literally hundreds. Find one that works for you and try to remember to stick with it as you play. I started incorporating a short club take-back much like Justin Thomas does. I take it back to parallel with the ground and then when I return it, I go directly into the swing. I have doing that for about two years. Before that I used to tap the clubhead twice on the ground behind the ball and then go. Anything you incorporate that reduces tension and helps the flow will be beneficial. Best wishes as you find your.

Going to see a PGA Pro for your very first lesson!!
  4. I have a slight forward press with butt end. I find something small and simple works best for me

I do the same thing Dale does; a short abbreviated takeaway, and then go. Don't wait too long between...just go.

I have a bit of a weird one. Usually, it's a song in my head. Say a line or two the lyrics as I set up, then go.

For the most of the summer when I was playing some of my best golf it was "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey".

I've used many over the years...it'll change from time to time, but one that I frequently go back to is my tourtempo app...I'll use it for practice sessions and warmup. After a while you can hear the beeps in your head. The first triggers the takeaway, the second the top of your swing, and the last your follow through. It uses the 3:1 timing that most pros follow...But you have at least 4 tempos to choose from...could be as fast as the 7/21, or as slow as the 10/30 (think of those numbers as fractions of a second). So, you start using it from your approach behind the ball, then for the setup, and then pulling the trigger...keeps me from having swing thoughts in my head and makes things simple...

Take your stance, look at your target, and swing. The longer I stand over the ball, the more can go wrong in my head and with my swing. I don’t really have a specific trigger that starts my backswing. Step up and hit it generally works the best.

One waggle, ground the club and away we go!
