Umbrella/Backpacks

Hi, as living here in Chicago, on the rainy windy days, it can get kinda bad and all the basic umbrellas i have always turn inside out and break pretty easily. Will either of the umbrellas offered here by Titleist hold up in the wind?

Also, i was looking at backpacks and can’t seem to find them, am i not looking in the right spot or do they not have them anymore?

It does look like maybe all the luggage including backpacks may have been dropped from their lineup as I don’t see them under “gear” anymore. Possibly done because of their acquisition of Club Glove, but that’s just speculation on my own part. It could be just a temporary thing if they are upgrading their offerings. As for umbrellas, I like the single because they are so light when I walk but the double canopy work best in the wind.

Titleist employees get these to wear as well. Sales reps, etc. Don't ask a sales rep to get you one, he will definitely tell you no. The voice of experience.

The patch is usually reserved for the Pros, but a few TT events had polos with the T patch given to participants . The employee store has had them as well, but you've got to be invited there.

The Titleist umbrellas hold up quite well in the rain.. Many of us had them at Pinehurst for the Titleist fitting center release and the rain and wind were horrible the last day. Backpack are usually given out at TT events.

Correct. The Titleist patch is not available in any retail stores. We get FootJoy shirts the TT logos at some events but they do not have the patch. There are some shirts, tees, hoodies at the Ball Plant store and some at Pinehurst that will have the Titleist name in script but not the tour patch. Those are sent to teaching and playing pros only.

If you buy from an "authorized" Titleist fitter (not a box store), they generally have all the little handouts, you just have to ask. This forum has gotten too big to just handout to everyone, as I'm sure the veterans of the group will tell you. The TT events are one of a kind in the industry, which sets Titleist apart from the competitors. As usual, we have to ride the wave, times are changing.

Titleist Logo Decals & Patches

Titleist needs to include Decals with Logos in all orders so we can proudly display our affiliations. I have spend almost $5k in the last few months in Titleist equipment and dont have one Decal to proudly display in my automobile or office about my Titleist Equipment.

I agree just something to be able to show besides the clubs is all. New to TT but something like a sticker would be nice. Not looking for freebies but even the ability to buy a sticker would be ok!

First question is - why do you want your sandbags to have legs? Sandbags are used to stop flooding water. If yours has legs, it might walk away.
On the other hand, if it's your "standbag" and it was damaged by an airline, they usually cover the damage and will probaly just write you a check for a new one.

They will not be covered by warranty but since it was bent by your airlines, file a claim. Of course, it depends on which airlines you use as some do not cover damage when using soft cases. Warranty covers defects, not damage by abuse or even accidents.

As I grew older and started visiting my dermatologist, I started wearing the Tour Aussie hats. Love them and has helped me avoid any unnecessary procedures. Have a large collection of them. Thought I would try the Breezer Bucket hats and have found a new friend for this humiture, May thru September in S Carolina. Very lightweight, cool and covers the ears and face very well. One size fits all. I normally wear size 8 and they stretch well enough to fit this pumpkin head. Thought I would give a shout out for this product. Do recommend covering up. Will be 80 in a few months, still melanoma free and keeping my dermatologist happy. Hakuna matata.

Favorite Putter Headcovers

I am very particular with my putter headcovers. No novelty or sports team headcovers for me. I usually use the Scotties unless I’m concerned that if I advertise what’s under the hood will attract thieves. Then I go to either a No Laying Up or Broken Tee Society headcovers, both of which are sponsored by Titleist. So fellow team members, what are your go to headcovers?
